What do you need to prepare this elixir?
• 175 ml apple juice
• 50 ml mixture of ½ orange juice, ¼ lemon juice, and ¼ lime juice
• ¼ tsp turmeric
• A pinch cayenne
What you would want to do is mix all the ingredients in a glass and stir well. The pinch of cayenne is optional and used to give the elixir a better taste. It is for the best to prepare and drink the elixir in the morning, before your morning coffee. You will start noticing the pain leaving your muscles and joints in only a few days!
