  7. I really need to improve my habits and not be so lazy taking care of myself. I need 8 hours or preferably 9 hours a night but lately I have slept only 7 hours a night and then getting so tired in the afternoons. Thanks for reminding - need to book an appointment for my dentist.

  9. I have a thyroid condition that caused me to gain weight. I was a size 1 now I am not sure what size I am, exercise can be difficult for me as a stay at home mom of a 2 year old and also because my thyroid causes me to be exhausted all the time but I know I need to try.
